摘要

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of a color scheme in apparel design to the visual sensations. The main conclusions were as follows: (1) The images of a color scheme could be explained by three factors and could be classified into five groups. (2) The effect of the visual sensation such as slenderness, curvedness and likeability differs with the combination of chromatic color or achromatic color. A relationship was shown between the five groups and this tendency. (3) It was possible to examine the difference in an experiment that noticed only the color of tights.
