摘要

In this paper, usign carboxyl-termnated tetrahydrogen furane polyether (CTPHF) as toughening agents modifying the epoxy resin was studied. The effects of quantity of CTPTHF on the thermic-mechanical and adhesive properties of cured epoxy resin were discussed. The results showed that the anti-impact strength and the adhesive strength of epoxy resin sytem were increased obviously. Through observing the turbidity changing of epoxy resi nsystem in the curing process and comparing the actual Tg of the cured epoxy resin with the calcualted Tg on homogenous phase copolymer mixed principle, it could be cncluded that the CTPTHF-epoxy resi nwas two phase structure. CTPTHF dispersed in the epoxy resin matrix and toughened the epoxy resin efficiently.
