Research in the NH_3-gas sensitive propetie sand sensitive mecanism of polypyrrole

摘要

In this paper,sub-meter thin film of polypyrrole is preopared by leectrolytic polymerization method.The best technological condition of preparing the sub-meter NH_3-gas sensitive polypyrrole thin film is found by researching into the technological parameers of electrolytic polymerization.The NH_3-gas sensitivity and selectivity of polypyrrole are studied and the micro-structute of this material is also discussed.at last,adopting semiconductor theory,the NH_3 gas sensitive mechanism of polypyrrole is exporingly studied.
