Use of con a and mannose-labeled enzymes for the preparatioin of enzyme films for biosensors

Concanavalin A (Con A) and mannose-labeled enzymes (gluose oxidase and lactate oxidase) were deposited alternately on a solid surface to prepare Con A/enzyme composite thin films in which enzymes are catalytically active.Performance charateristics of the enzyme thin film-modified glucose and lactate biosensors are evaluated.
