Study on denitrification performance of magnesia base catalysts

For the control of NOx pollution in combustion flue gas, the paper adopted mixed method to prepare magnesia base catalyst which was made researched on denitrification of flue gas by directness catalytic decomposition. It is analyzed influence on denitrate efficiency that the simulated flue gas denitrification tower's temperature and height of bed and oxygen concentration, N℃oncentration. It was indicated that magnesia base catalyst was availabled to directness catalytic decomposition to flue gas denitrification. The denitrification rate was 85%~95%.The ingredient of magnesia base catalyst are magnesia, firming agent and addition agent. The height denitrification bed is 4 ~5 cm, denitrification reaction temperature is 130 ~170 , flue gas airspeed is 2500 ??~3000 h -1 . The study infer that magnesia base catalyst exist activating vice, and preliminary analysis denitrification mechanism.
