It is shown that forced oscillations of atoms lead to suppression of the linear absorption coefficient, or, what the same, under the influence of forced excitation of atoms a unit electron system is formed on which the coherent scattering of X-rays is occurs. Actually, it is formed a medium with strongly bounded electron system, or we have a two-wall nanotube with the similar walls.
