摘要

Possibility of parallel computing technology application for big EEG data processing was considered. It was shown, that application of such methods for calculation of time-frequency characteristics of multichannel EEG signals allows real-time evaluation of changes in EEG signal and, therefore, in brain neuronal activity. Possibility of realization of wavelet-based algorithm for detection of characteristic states and changes of states on EEG signals in real time with help of CUDA C library was shown.
