The Realization of the Digital Automatic Measure of Water Level Using the Electric Characteristic of Water

摘要

Water, which contains the ion, is electric when an external electric field is acted on it. This paper gives out a new approach to realize the digital automatic measuring of water level basing on combining the electric characteristic of water with digital electronic encode and decode technology, and a new research field. It gives a practical digital automatic measuring system to applying the measure of water. This new method has important application value for the hydrology measure under atrocious environment.
