Twelve Months Later - A Report Card on the Implementation of Can WEA's Strategy Document

Some of you might be asking - what is the strategy document. Last year we held a series of think tank sessions in order to rethink and take a new look at where our association is going and where it wants to be in the near future. I had the privilege of being able to facilitate the process which culminated in a rough strategy at the conclusion of last years conference. The Priorities and planning Committee of which I am the chair (which I hope to give to someone else who doesn't know how to say no) refined that strategy over the remainder of 1995 and a final document was published early this year.
