摘要

Knolwedge-intensive services gain significant imprtance for the developemtn of innovative products.Up to now htey depend mainly on face-to-face communication.Technological progress in artificial intelligene,groupware,and broadband systems favour computerized suppot of such services.In this field we focus on the computerized communication support for human interactionsl.We try to entrich human communcation throgh 3D visualization fo problems and researhc artefacts.A prototype system is under developmetn to assess th4e required network capacity.It consists of tools for knowledge modleing and group interaction supplemented by a tailor-made multicat protocol.
