摘要

1) Both NSZ and CaO-PSZ addition can improve the thermal spalling resistance of high Cr_2O_3 low-cement castable refractory. But the former is more effective than the latter. 2) Y_2O_3-SZ is not effective in improving the spalling resistance of refractory because it contained no m-ZrO_2 phase originally and its c-ZrQ_2 does not transform into m-ZrO_2 during heating. 3) c-ZrQ_2 in CaO-PSZ decomposes into m-ZrO_2 and CaO when being heated or contacting slag, which is harmful to the corrosion resistance of refractory, especially the low-cement castable. 4) Among the ZrO_2 materials for Ms study, NSZ is most effective in improving thermal spalling resistance and has no minus influence on the corrosion resistance.
