Rehabilitation of Water Mains in Hong Kong

摘要

This paper presents the elements and findings of a study to establish the feasibility ofrnrenewal/renovation of about 63 km of freshwater and saltwater mains distributed acrossrnthe whole New Territories in Hong Kong. The paper also provides an overview ofrntrenchless rehabilitation techniques for water mains and presents the results of severalrnpilot trenchless techniques which were executed to investigate their feasibility to HongrnKong conditions.
