This research proposed a new shape and manufacturing method for a unit fiber battery which constitutes a lithium-ion battery in fiber form. Many types of research have been conducted on the fabrication, shape, and coating methods of electrode active materials, binders, electrolytes, separators in order to produce electrodes in a narrow single row CNTs fiber. Through the dip coating method, electrodes were coated by coating electrodes on thin and long CNTs fibers. Also, electrical/chemical performance was verified through charge/discharge experiments. The results showed the change of voltage according to time and SOC (State of charge). Also, when the degree of the decrease of the capacity according to the cycle was measured, the performance decreased by 50% when it was repeated 50 times. Then, a large number of these fibrous batteries were fabricated to manufacture a fabric-shaped battery, and the performance thereof was confirmed.
