Affordable LED headlamp solutions

摘要

1.Introduction:Strong demand of LED high power light sources and lowering the power consumption of the overall system is hardly driven by OEM during last few years.Not all car makers are interested in HID performance and full AFS2 technology.Some of them are focused on affordable approach highlighting low power consumption,passive cooling,high efficiency of the system-all of them at attractive cost.Our contribution describes different approaches how the affordable LED headlamp can be realized including reasonable complexity,efficiency and styling attractiveness and freedom based on the real measurement taking into account the feedback coming from OEM based on practical demonstration of Visteon full LED affordable headlamp with adjustable light output and switchable color temperature of LED light sources.
