INFRASTRUCTURE NDT MONITORING USING INSPECTOR-COMPUTER INTERFACE

For the majority of the developing countries and for Brazil among them the problem of aging infrastructure is a serious challenge. Their investment funds are limited and personnel qualifications are often not sufficient. Engineering of the proposed ES could give a cost effective tool for infrastructure monitoring that would assist the middle level inspection personnel as well as decrease error probability in decision making by high level specialists.
