In this paper, Effect of high static magnetic field(HSMF) on the structure, composition and magnetism performance of electro-deposited NiFe membrane was studied experimentally. It was shown that, when current was perpendicular to magnetic field, with increase of magnetic flux density (MFD), surface crystal of NiFe membrane would be largened firstly then be refined to be nano sphere, and the iron concentration would be elevated by one time, which resulted in the increase of ratio saturation magnetism intensity (RSMI). When current was parallel to magnetic field, superimposition of HSMF would largen the surface crystal as well increase thickness of membrane, and the branch crystal those who parallel to membrane surface was suppressed remarkably, further more, neither iron concentration nor RSMI of NiFe membrane was influenced by HSMF. Theoretical analysis showed that, strengthened MHD effect in HSMF was the main reason influenced the structure, composition and performance of membrane, and the increase of magnetism force would make crystal orientation easier.
