We developed a discrete-time Markovian deterioration system monitored by multiple non-independent monitors, and derive a sufficient condition where an optimum policy is given by a "control limit policy." This condition is given by the conditional probability of monitors given the state of a system having a weak multivariate monotone likelihood ratio.
