摘要

The condition of nanosecond pulse differential type and self integrated type of .capacitive divider is analysed. The impulse response of nanosecond pulse measurement system is calculated with least square method. The output waveform is forecasted by input and the impulse response. Deconvolution based on the wiener filtering is used to reconstruction the input waveform. The result proved that this method of waveform reconstruction is superior to the integrator. The effect of different rate of voltage and frequency and lower sample rate on the calculation precision is described.
