Firstly this paper introduces the constitute and function of simulation environment of submarine weapon system. With emphasis a new kind of modeling method for the simulation environment is described, which is High Level Modeling (HLM) method. And then many models were built by means of HLM method such as the static structure model of federation, the static structure models and dynamic behavior models of federate. Furthermore visualization static and dynamic models were achieved using HLM tools. Lastly the simulation environment was realized applying Running Supporting Environment tool and DMSO Run Time Infrastructure (RTI).
