Method of LBTS Passive Update for Time Management in HLA

摘要

The general principle of time management in high level architecture will be introduced, and an optimized method will be proposed to reduce the frequency of LBTS transfer. Time-constrained federates can only be notified when LBTS is changed, rather than query LBTS as many times as possible, and communication cost can be reduced with reliable multicast service methods used. These algorithms and software implementation will be given. The study and implementation were used in time management of self-developed AST_RTI. The applications showed that design and algorithm can improve the RTI performance effectively.
