摘要

It is the important guarantee of realizing sustainable development of human society that the water resource is safe. The safety assessment of water resources has been paid close attention to by domestic and international water conservancy workers all the time. This paper presents a fuzzy comprehensive assessment method to determine safety grade of water resources. A two-level fuzzy assessment mathematical model is established, and it divides the safety grade of water resources into 5 grades, it includes two first class assessment factors: water resources carrying capacity and water resources quality. There are 7 sub-factors for water resources carrying capacity and 10 for water resources quality. According to the definition and characteristic of each sub-factor, membership function (MF) is specified respectively and so do suitable operator. Through computing safety grade of water resource in certain district is obtained. In the end a practical case is quoted to validate the method and the results could provide scientific references for water resources planning of the district.
