摘要

In this paper, the online monitoring system of waterwall slagging was investigated. when choosing the monitoring parameter, we gave up the traditional dirty coefficient of dust, and chose the dirty parameter of dust, which is relatively easy to monitor; in order to get the interrelation between heat-flue density and the back temperature of waterwall, we have set up the mathematic model of membrane wall and analyzed the temperature distribution, attempting to get the real heat-flue density indirectly through the back temperature of waterwall, and then using BP network of artificial neural network to predict the clean heat-flue density under various kinds of operating conditions. After getting the real and clean heat-flue density, we can calculate the dirty parameter of dust through definition. Based on the theory, taking advantage of the data of DAS, only increasing some temperature points, we developed the computer monitoring system of waterwall slagging of coal-fired boiler, offering strong guarantee for security and economical operation of the unit.
