摘要

/Cr-Fe compound coatings were prepared by high velocity arc spraying technology. Microstructure, bond strength, microhardness, thermal shock resistance, high-temperature corrosion and erosion behavior of the coating were investigated in this article. The results show that microstructure of the coating is dense and presents typical layered structure features. Average bond strength of the coating and substrate is 36.35 Mpa. At thicknesses of about 1.0 mm, the coating shows a very good thermal shock resistance. It also presents excellent corrosion and erosion resistance at high temperature.
