Based on the method of environmental impact assessment of traffic noise for highway construction item in our country, the paper gives a new integrative assessment index of noise environmental impact, namely Traffic Noise Impact Index (TNII). In addition, the relationship between the weighting factor of noise level and noise level is given according to investigation & test and relative analysis, and a series of weighting factors of different noise level are given. The result of study shows that TNII can reflect noise environmental integrative impact degree alongside of highway constructionproject. Its value equals certain traffic noise disturbance percentage in some district during day and night. The value can be used to estimate noise environemtn impact degree of highway construction item. Smaller the value of TNII is the environmental impact of the project is smaller. By this, we can compare and select a better one of different highway project from the aspect of sound environment. Finally an application case is given.
机译:本文基于我国公路建设项目交通噪声环境影响评价方法,提出了一种新的噪声环境影响综合评价指标,即交通噪声影响指数(TNII)。另外,通过调查和相关分析,给出了噪声级与噪声级的加权因子之间的关系,并给出了一系列不同噪声级的加权因子。研究结果表明,TNII可以反映公路建设项目对噪声环境的综合影响程度。其值等于白天和晚上某个区域的某些交通噪声干扰百分比。该值可用于估算公路建设项目的噪声环境影响程度。 TNII的值越小,则对项目的环境影响越小。这样,我们可以从声音环境的角度比较和选择更好的不同公路项目之一。最后给出一个应用案例。
