A NEW ALGORITHM BEING SUJTED TO TRANSFORM CODING OF IMAGE

摘要

This paper describes a algorithm based on the basic image of 2-d liner transform.The computation of each of tracsform coefficients is independent.The coefficients being coded and transmited are only evaluated to reduce the operations by applying this algorithm to image transform coding.So the speed of coding is raised efficiently.this paper mainly analyses the algorithm of DCT,briefly describas the one of DET
