Hydrocarbon Filling Stages in Chang 8 sandstone reservoir of the Upper Triassic in central Ordos Basin — evidnence from fluid inclusions

Research on petrography, chemical composition and homogenization temperature of fluid inclusions inrnsandstone reservoirs can provide valuable information about chemical and physical properties of the fluidrnwhen the fluid inclusions were captured. Fluid inclusions hosted in cements and mineral veins could recordrnfluid charging events during evolution of sedimentary basin. Research on petrography, chemical compositionrnand homogenization temperature of fluid inclusions were performed in details on Chang8 sandstone reservoirrnfrom the Upper Triassic in central Ordos basin in this study to make clear the hydrocarbon filling stages andrnfluid properties corresponding. This is of great significance on the history of hydrocarbon accumulation andrnreservoir diagenetic evolution study.
