Perofmrance monitoring system for valves operation

摘要

On-line computer aided performance monitoring systems become more and more important in Industrial Automation and modernisation. This paper introduces a novel on-line monitoring system of valve's performance in fuel injection system. The operating parameters used in the machine control are collected as an essential data for monitor system to analyse the valves working status. The monitoring systemis based on Fuzzy Sets Theory As a result, the methodology of employing the fuzzy Sets Theory. As a result, the methodology of employing the fuzzy sets theory to create the monitoring model is mentioned details inthe paper. It includes the mehtod of blurring the input parameters into fuzzy input, method of input/output fuzzy sets definition, fuzzy decision model, etc.
