摘要

Chaboche model gives good evaluation for the cyclicplasticity of mild steel after compressive prestrain, while gives ahigher stress evaluation for the material after tensile prestrain. Itis due to that the yield stress of monotonic tensile coupon testincreases after tensile prestrain, while that after compressiveprestrain does not change much. However, the model can give agood evaluation of the cyclic behaviors of prestrained mild steelif the applied preloading history is known.
