摘要

The automobile permanent magnet starter motor (APMSM) with the auxiliary pole has better performance than the ordinary APMSM, while the cost of magnetic pole is less than the latter. To reduce the cost of APMSM with auxiliary pole to minimum, in this paper, tabu algorithm(TA), i.e. a kind of global optimization method, and two dimensional finite element method(2D FEM) are applied to the optimization of magnetic pole. After solving the problem of automatic mesh regulation and considering the effects of commutation on magnetic flux, an existing product is optimized. The cost of magnetic pole is greatly reduced, while the performance requirements are satisfied.
