摘要

It was found radial displacement had a great variety scope and unexpectedrnspectrum lines in frequency domain during hot fire test of turbine-oxidizerrnpump. The fault may relate to excitation forces which were generated in annularrnseal clearance, turbo blade tip, and rub-impact between the rotor and stator.rnBased on the structure, equation of motion on rigid disk, rigid support, Rayleighrnbeam modeling in regard to the dynamic stiffness of annular seal and thernliquid action was built for the purpose of vibration characteristics identification.rnComparisons were made between simulation results and hot fire test results,rnthe paper put forward the reasons of the doubtful radial displacement andrnunexpected spectrum lines. The vibration characteristics can provide some evidencesrnto distinguish between the 2 kinds of faults and normal running.
