Removal of iron, manganese and arsenic, and disinfection or cold sterilization of bottles

The application of ozone for de-ironing and de-manganization of natural mineral waters has been practised for the past thirty years. This method achieved special importance due to the demand of the Federal Health Office for the reduction of natural manganese contents. The application of ozone is also of importance during the reduction of arsenic. Suitable process methods prevent the devleopment of miniumal concentrations of oxidization by-products.
