摘要

Biodegradable hydrogel composed of chitosan and PluronicF127 was prepared in an aim to control release of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). Upon incubation in physiological condition, the hydrogel showed decreased elastic modulus while counter effects were obtained with increased amount of chitosan. Addition of heparin in the hydrogel significantly attenuated release of bFGF from the hydrogel.
