Formulation and evaluation of dispersible tablets of aceclofenac using different Superdisintegrants.

摘要

The present study is to formulate and evaluate the dispersible tablets of aceclofenac using different superdisintigrants and evaluate the better disintegrating agent. The disintigrants used were of natural and synthetic origin. The evaluation tests were based on the USP XXII and were performed on both blend and the tablets. On the basis of the results obtained, the better disintegrating agent for the dispersible tablets was distinguished out.
