摘要

This paper focuses on reducing the TWC (Train-Wayside-Communication) system's sensitivity to noise, and improving the signal communication quality in Shanghai Metro Line 2 based on a Robust Design. The authors analyze the noise factors at the subway stations and the control factors in the TWC system. The results from the field tests can spare investment in adding extra equipments for the system's tolerance. The paper concludes with the solution of determining the optimum level of each factor and reducing the noise sensitivity of the existing TWC system's performance.
