This paper analyzes the heredity of eight AMF species with RAPD technology employed and physiological index of drought-resistance of the host plants when the eight AMF species were inoculated back to the host plants again. The results suggest that differentiation does exist in AMF's improving the drought-resistance to their hosts; ⅰ) the species, although they have similar heredity and close consanguinity, don't necessarily help generate the similar drought-resistance; ⅱ)different species with similar heredity and close consanguinity generate similar drought-resistance when dependences of the host plants on the AMF species are similar; ⅲ) lastly, the differentiation is multiply conditioned by the host, the heredity of the species and the ecological environment.
