摘要

During the past 5 years Academic Computing Services (ACS) at the University of Colorado Boulder (UCB) has progressed through evolving support structures for faculty microcomputing. Each step was unique and timely. Each lead to the next. Each became more specialized yet met the needs of an expanding audience. Chronologically, the programs started with a broad scope and a narrow audience, then progressed to narrower scopes with broader audiences.
