摘要

Operating conditions of high-capacity refrigerating system for ammonia terminal is highlyrninfluenced by non-condensable gases coming into the condensers. Experimental study of air-cooledrncondensers operation in the presence of high concentration of non-condensable gases is carried out.rnCharacteristic of non-condensable gases influence on the ammonia vapor condensation insidernhorizontal tubes are determined. Further results of mathematical modeling for ammonia vaporrncondensation in the presence of air inside horizontal tubes for various velocities of vapor-gasrnmixtures are presented. Recommendations are given for the effect of non-condensable gasesrnconcentrations on the length of horizontal tubes for air-cooled ammonia condensers.
