ADVANCED TUNNELLING IN ROCK: ACCURATE ROUND DRILLING IN UNDERGROUND EXCAVATION USING FULLY COMPUTERIZED AMV JUMBOS

摘要

The new generation of fully computerized AMV drilling jumbos have been designed and built with the intention to provide the Owner and the Tunneling Contractor with an efficient and safe tunneling tool. The main scope of the work has been to find and evaluate the better tunneling results expected than those obtainable using a conventional jumbo: a brief overview is described on the last technological improvements.
