The decision to integrate Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and enterprisemanagement systems centers on several key questions that managers must answer indefining the unique organizational structure and work flows of their enterprises. Theirtask is to find a data management system that gives managers and employees maximumflexibility in collecting, accessing and analyzing data from all over the enterprise, whilestill meeting the regulatory requirements of Title V, Sarbanes-Oxley, NESHAP, MACT,IS0 14000, CERCLA, RCRA, SARA and EPCRA.Regardless of an organization’s compliance status or performance management strategy,enterprises worldwide are constantly in search of new, more efficient ways to executetasks, measure compliance and mitigate emergencies.
