Research of Evaluation Index System on New Rural Hydropower Electrification

摘要

Building new socialist countryside is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee to build a harmonious society in the new century, and it is also internal requirements and the inevitable choice of well-off society. Creating a index system of new rural hydropower and electrification is to combine the socialist new countryside construction and the hydropower electrification construction more intuitively, more specifically and more effectively. The index system of new rural hydropower and electrification is the direction of the planning guidance and the new index system for both rural hydropower electrification of rural hydropower electrification of the standards of checking the outcome of the construction of new rural hydropower electrification. On this background, this paper has constructed a new evaluation index system of rural hydropower electrification from the hydropower electrification aspect, ecological environment aspect and economic development aspect.
