An Overview of Filtration and Separation Needs in the Infrastructures of China and India

Almost 40% of the world's population lives in China and India, two countries that arernexperiencing rapid economic growth rates. Industrial growth in these countries isrnhappening at a price of lack of control of pollution in both air and water resources. Thisrnpaper will discuss applications where there are unmet needs in the infrastructure of theserncountries where filtration and separation technologies can play a part in keeping themrnhealthy for future generations while still supporting the economic growth rates that theserncountries need to create jobs for their populations.
