You are meeting this week in the first centralized facility of its kind ever built in the United States, especially designed for acquiring, cataloging, storing, preserving and providing access to the world's largest and most comprehensive collection of audiovisual media on every imaginable format. It is the largest facility of its kind, a state-of-the-art center incorporating new capabilities and capacities unprecedented within the global audio-visual preservation community.
