Study on management and innovation of supply chain based on E-business

摘要

E-Business has changed the basis for survival, operation and management mechanisms of traditional economic activities, its rise is the revolution of the mode of business operation triggered by the rapid development of technology means. In the recent years, E-Business has been developed rapidly and achieved initial success. Many enterprises have fundamentally changed the traditional mode of operation and relations in the market and achieved goals such as better efficiency, lowering costs, reducing risks and enhancing core competitiveness through the successful integration of E-Business and supply chain. This paper proposes thoughts of supply chain management based on the environment of E-Business aimed at the relationship between E-Business and supply chain management and proposes innovative ways of the supply chain management at present stage.
