Research on China Union-Bank online payment Mode

摘要

Online payment of E-commerce is the key to realize the integration of information flow, logistics and fund flow, and the collaborative work of each trade entity. Existing online payment modes is difficult to meet the need of the large-scale and individualized e-commerce increasing day by day. Based on existing relevant theory and application achievement, we introduced a Union-Bank online payment (UBOP) mode, combined and arranged the basic resource of bank payment and settlement systems and the information resource of each side of e-commerce in our country. Besides, we studied on the core technologies of UBOP, constructed uniform leading online payment platform supporting e-commerce trade, and provided authentic credit mechanism, unified collaborative work flow, authoritative security certification, effective dispute solving mechanism and reliable service guarantee for the process of e-commerce trade in order to reform the situation that each online payment entity does things in his own way.
