Quality of Road Network in Kosovo as a Consequence of Administration Innovating

Like any producer of goods or services, providers of road infrastructure have to determine the quality, quantity, availability and other so-called service of their product, the road network. With one word excellent road network needs quality management system in design, exploitation and maintenance. The road network construction cycle has been shortening permanently; prices, dates and certainly the products quality are more and more under bigger pressure. The task of the management is directed to the change of the organisational structure, processes, cultures to compete equivalently with the concurrence. Because of the co dependence the permanent development is orientated to the changing of administration that founds on the organisational culture of created collaboration. And only the change of administration can lead to the permanent development. It is about from more points of view and interprofessional treating of administration mastery that results from co dependence of different systems of administration and therefore the entire hold of management. The quality is consequently the result of systematic, entirely, interdisciplined and qualitative way of administration The permanent quality development is so the consequence of innovation administration, that considers a dialectic system of viewpoints. The paper deals with planning, implementing and monitoring of quality management system for national, provincial and district road networks in Kosovo.
