This paper studies the boundary reachability problem for a parallel-flow three-fluid heat ex-change process with diffusion terms. First, the system with three boundary controls is formulated as a boundary control system in the sense of Curtain and Zwart (1995), and it is shown that the system be-comes reachable in any positive time through a concrete expression of the solution. Further, it is shown that the boundary control system with one boundary input acting on center fluid becomes reachable except for the special cases of physical constants appearing in the equations.
