摘要

We present a lossless method for DNA sequencerncompression based on approximate repeat and reverserncomplement, and Look-up Table for the non-repeatrnsequences. One important feature of our method is thatrnmore compressed data can be found by consideringrnapproximate repeat and reverse complement with leastrnoperational parameters for compression method. Anotherrnimportant feature is that due to use of Look-up Table wernneed less memory space and less time to execute therncompression method. We have shown that our newrnmethod gives better performance than the GenCompressrnand DNACompress algorithms.
