Risk Management as a Tool for Successful Innovations Realization in Enterprise

The paper is dealing with risk management issues in connection with realization of innovation projects in enterprise.The actual debt crisis results in the need of more effective use and increasing the value of own resources and look for the gaps at existing markets. The Slovak enterprises try, except reducing the costs, to be successful at international markets and so this effort requires continual enhancing and innovations of products and used technologies. High financial expensiveness of innovation processes and their possible failure that can results in enterprise ruin are the main reasons of the need to apply risk management process.
