摘要

One of the challenges for any knowledge engineering methodology is to find appropriate ways of modeling knowledge in a schematic way. The CommonKADS methodology is a de-facto technique for knowledge modeling. It specifies knowledge and reasoning requirements of the prospective system. CommonKADS's knowledge modeling consists of three parts that capturing a related group of knowledge structure: Domain knowledge, Inference knowledge and Task knowledge. Unfortunately there is no standard approach for modeling the knowledge model; Domain knowledge is constructed comparable to entity of class, but Inference and Task knowledge use special graphic notations to develop on difference way. In addition, it is hardly correlated the knowledge model with other related models such as, Business knowledge model in Context level and Humansystem interface application in Knowledge-intensive task. For these reasons, this paper purposes an architectural model's view and UML's extension mechanism approach for supporting knowledge engineers to develop the knowledge modeling. The result of research is the UML metamodel that capture knowledge modeling in two levels; Architectural level and Metaclass level, both of all rely on the concept of CommonKADS methodology.
