Surfactant Dewatering of Production and Gas Storage Wells

Surfactant dewatering of gas wells is a method best used in anrnoperating envelope determined by existing gas flow rates, wellrnbore inner diameters, pressures and temperatures. BakerrnPetrolite has designed a computer model to determine thisrnoperating envelope. The methodology can help delay costlyrnmechanical dewatering methods yet still maintain productionrnin the field. Case studies for both production and gas storagernwells will be discussed.
